Warranty

This Warranty is provided by MyFeather. MyFeather is owned and operated by MyFeather Memorial LLC, a limited liability company registered in Oklahoma, doing business as “MyFeather” (“MyFeather,” “we,” “our”).

MyFeather provides a lifetime warranty on QR plaques against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Coverage applies so long as you comply with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and any written installation/care instructions. Any violation of the Terms or misuse voids this Warranty.

What’s covered

• Manufacturing defects and normal-use failures.
• QR readability issues that arise under normal use (we’ll reprint/replace the plaque).
• Premature UV fade or delamination under typical outdoor exposure.
• Adhesive failure when the plaque was installed per our instructions on a suitable surface.

What voids or is not covered

• Any breach of the Terms of Service or applicable policies.
• Misuse, improper installation, tampering, or unauthorized modifications.
• Extreme conditions (e.g., fire, flood, hurricanes, chemical exposure) or incompatible surfaces.
• Loss, theft, vandalism, or intentional damage.
• Cosmetic wear (minor scratches/scuffs) that does not affect function.
• Third-party hardware, mounts, or adhesives not supplied or approved by MyFeather.

Claims & limitations

• Remedy is, at our option, repair, replacement, or reprint of the plaque with an equivalent item.
• Customers pay shipping for replacement items.
• Maximum of two claims per QR code per year.
• Proof of purchase and photos/video of the issue may be required; we may request the item be returned or destroyed.
• No refunds are provided under this Warranty (see Refunds).
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim incidental or consequential damages.

How to file a claim

Email warranty@myfeatherco.com with your order number, installation details (surface, method), and clear photos/video showing the issue.
