Refunds

This Refunds policy is provided by MyFeather. MyFeather is owned and operated by MyFeather Memorial LLC, a limited liability company registered in Oklahoma, doing business as “MyFeather” (“MyFeather,” “we,” “our”).
Because MyFeather plaques and QR codes are customized items, all sales are finaland we do not offer refunds. For product issues, your exclusive remedy is under our Warranty (repair, replacement, or reprint, at our option).
Exceptions (billing issues only)
- Duplicate charges or clear billing errors.
- Confirmed fraudulent transactions (case-by-case, subject to verification).
If you believe a billing error occurred, email support@myfeatherco.com within 30 days of the charge with your order number and a brief description.
What is not refundable
- Customized plaques/QR codes once an order is placed.
- Shipping and handling fees.
- Damage due to misuse, improper installation, or Terms violations (see Terms).
